ZigZag Global Ltd. is seeking a Social Solutions Assistant to learn and grow as an expert in social media advertising across paid platforms. The role focuses on QA, campaign setup, and reporting to support the North America Social team across paid social campaigns.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, collaborative, and a quick problem-solver, with ability to work in a remote environment and align with US time zones.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 1 year of digital media experience; social media advertising preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).
• Proficient with video conferencing and messaging apps (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack).
• Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own QA for social campaigns pre/post launch across platforms.
• Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others.
• Escalate day-to-day tasks to Social Solutions Managers.
• Support campaign management, coverage, and pacing to meet KPIs and margins.
• Respond quickly to requests using internal systems.
