Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect/lead in Metro Manila to design, develop, and govern complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and custom apps. The role requires leading cross-functional delivery and driving integrations with REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

You will oversee platform upgrades and performance optimization, develop reusable components, and mentor teams to ensure scalable governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps
• Proven track record leading ServiceNow implementation programs in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and custom application modules
• Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Technical Skills

• Expert-level JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS within ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and MID Server
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting
