Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related technical course.
• 1–2 years SMT operations and equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SMT production processes, PCB assembly, and electronic components.
• Familiarity with SMT equipment such as pick-and-place machines, SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor SMT machines, including pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, and reflow ovens
• Perform machine changeovers, feeder setup, and program verification based on production schedules
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and process-related issues to minimize production downtime
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Inspect and verify machine performance, component placement, solder quality, and process parameters
• Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs, and production activities
