Job summary

Kaertech Electronics Philippines in Biñan, Laguna seeks a production technician to operate SMT assembly machines, perform routine maintenance, and monitor line efficiency. You will inspect PCBAs for soldering quality and placement accuracy, and maintain production logs.

Responsibilities

• Programs, loads, and operates SMT assembly machines according to work orders.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and debugging of SMT equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspects PCBAs for soldering quality, component placement accuracy, and defects using automated optical inspection or X-ray.
• Monitors line efficiency, balances SMT lines, and conducts solderability tests.
• Records production logs, non-conformance reports, and maintenance activities.
