Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electronics manufacturing experience with SMT and PCBA.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and automation projects.
• Hands-on experience in wave soldering, selective soldering, fixture/tooling design and PCB testing.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, fixture design, automation, and PCB assembly.
• Experience with NPI, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and workflows
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and maintain production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring on-time delivery
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies, techniques, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specializing in SMT and PCBA processes.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and automation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in wave soldering, selective soldering, fixture/tooling design and development, and PCB testing.
• Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), fixture design, automation, and PCB assembly processes.
• Demonstrated success in reducing manual insertion and hand soldering operations through engineering solutions that improve productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
