Job Description

Develops, optimizes, and maintains automated assembly processes to mount electronic components onto printed circuit boards.

Key duties include programming pick-and-place machines/reflow ovens, troubleshooting soldering defects, maintaining production equipment, and ensuring high-quality output.

Graduate of BS ECE, BS EE, and BS ME.

At least 2 years of experience in System Mounted Technology (SMT) and PCB Assembly.

Well-versed in all or any of the following is an advantage:

• Problem-solving techniques
• Controlling Production Operations
• Specializing in monitoring, testing, and inspecting products to ensure specified standards
• Knowledgeable in Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Knowledgeable in QC Tools, FMEA, 5 Why analysis, and similar are highly desirable.
• Knowledgeable on electromechanical pneumatics and electronic circuits

Can start IMMEDIATELY and willing to work in the CAVITE AREA.
