Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed in the requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or strategic procurement experience in the telecom carrier industry.
• Experience in wholesale telecom procurement, carrier partnerships, or related business development for SMS/voice.
• Strong network and relationships with telecom operators and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of A2P SMS routing, cloud communications, OTP systems, and voice termination.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with high-value contracts and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage telecom operators, wholesalers, and aggregators in Southeast Asia.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and optimize costs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with telecom carrier partners.
• Oversee procurement lifecycle: sourcing, technical coordination, contract management, pricing adjustments, performance evaluation.
• Monitor regional telecom market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with technical/operational teams to resolve route delivery issues and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with regional telecom regulations and anti-spam policies.
• Support cross-border initiatives and regional business expansion strategies.
• Prepare procurement analyses and market intelligence updates for management.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency and operational performance.
