Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, International Trade, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage telecom operators, wholesalers, and aggregators across Southeast Asia for SMS and voice resources.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and optimize procurement costs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with telecom carrier partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle: sourcing, coordination, contract management, pricing adjustments, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor regional market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments across markets.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve route delivery issues and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with regional telecom regulations and anti-spam policies.
• Support cross-border operational initiatives and regional expansion strategies.
• Prepare procurement analysis and market intelligence updates for management.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency.
