Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Southeast Asian telecom operators and aggregators for SMS and voice resources.
• Lead commercial negotiations for competitive pricing and procurement cost optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom carrier partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle for SMS and voice routes, including sourcing, contracts, pricing, and performance reviews.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and compliance across regional markets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve route delivery issues and ensure service quality.
• Support cross-border initiatives and regional expansion.
• Prepare procurement analyses and market intelligence for management.
