Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard telecom operators, wholesalers, and aggregators across Southeast Asia for SMS and voice resources.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and optimize procurement costs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with telecom carrier partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle including sourcing, coordination, contracts, pricing adjustments, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor regional market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory developments.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve route delivery issues and ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regional telecom regulations and anti-spam policies.
• Support cross-border initiatives and regional business expansion.
• Prepare procurement analyses and market intelligence updates for management.
