Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a related field as listed.
• Proven experience in wholesale telecom procurement or carrier partnerships.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience with A2P SMS/voice routing and cloud telecoms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard telecom operators, wholesalers, and aggregators in SEA for SMS and voice routes.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Build and manage relationships with carrier partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement lifecycle: sourcing, coordination, contract management, pricing adjustments.
• Monitor regional market trends, regulatory developments, and compliance.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve route delivery issues and quality concerns.
• Ensure adherence to regional regulations and anti-spam policies.
• Support cross-border initiatives and regional expansion strategies.
• Prepare procurement analyses and market intelligence reports for management.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve procurement efficiency.
