Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of a smart, agile workplace environment. You will ensure integration of technology-enabled systems and occupant experience across flexible workspaces.

You will lead building management, IoT-enabled sensors, data analytics, and collaboration with IT to deliver efficient space utilization, comfort, and compliant facilities operations in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive facilities management experience, with at least 1 year in smart building or agile workplace environments.
• Proven track record managing technology-enabled facilities and flexible workspace programs.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems, IoT sensors, and workplace technology platforms.
• Proficiency with workplace management software, space planning tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Excellent project management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
• Budget management and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize integrated building management systems including HVAC, lighting, access control, occupancy sensors, and IoT-enabled workplace technologies.
• Monitor real-time data analytics to improve space utilization, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless operation of desk booking systems, room scheduling platforms, and workplace apps.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs enhanced by predictive analytics and automated monitoring systems.
• Implement and refine agile workplace strategies including hot-desking, activity-based working zones, and flexible meeting spaces.
• Analyze occupancy data and utilization metrics to continuously optimize space allocation and configuration.
• Manage workspace reconfiguration projects to adapt to evolving business needs and work patterns.
• Deliver exceptional workplace experience through responsive service, proactive communication, and continuous improvement.
• Manage workplace services including reception, mail services, catering coordination, and visitor management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and corporate standards.
