Position description: Responsible for the opening and closing of all entrance doors, roll-ups and safe keeps and maintains doors and keys of the mall. The function also provides assistance in the maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of security, safety, cleanliness and orderliness that is crucial for the business to achieve its strategic and financial goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee mall access operations by ensuring timely opening and closing of entrance and roll-up doors and proper maintenance of locks and gates.
• Manage key control and security by tracking key movements, maintaining updated keyholder records, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support facility maintenance by coordinating repairs, monitoring contractor work, and ensuring all systems and utilities are in good condition.
• Ensure compliance and documentation by submitting reports, maintaining records, and monitoring incident reports for operational efficiency.
• Promote continuous improvement and growth by supporting innovation projects, attending training, and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert.
