Paramadina is seeking a dedicated Collections/Accounts Receivable coordinator in Makati, Philippines. The role involves coordinating customer calls, recording invoice statuses, and updating customer contact details for collections and billing submissions.

You will perform collection follow-ups, log activities, and maintain the JSEC AR Ageing Tracker for confirmed collections. The position also supports the JSEC Credit and Control Team during off-peak calls, including scanning and filing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with customer via telephone
• Provide a written record of the status of the outstanding invoices for the assigned clients
• Update of customers’ address/contact details on collection pick-up and billing submission
• Collection follow up
• Record in Southbend Collection Itinerary of confirmed collections.
• Access and update JSEC AR Ageing Tracker for confirmed collections.
• Coordinate customer disputes to JSEC Credit and Control Team.
• Update daily call logs.
• Serve as admin support to JSEC Credit and Control Team during collection calls off peak days – tasks include but not limited to scanning and filing.
