You will manage the full bread production process, ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene while producing a variety of breads, including pita, Khubz, loaves, rolls, and specialty items. This role requires commitment to high standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker in a bakery, supermarket, hotel, restaurant, or food production setting.
• Must be skilled in both English/Western bread and Arabic bread production.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking.

Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of English/Western and Arabic breads according to recipes and quality standards.
• Handle the complete bread-making process, including mixing, dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking.
• Prepare Arabic bread varieties such as Pita, Khubz, and other Middle Eastern breads.
• Prepare English/Western breads such as loaves, rolls, buns, and specialty breads.
• Ensure consistent quality, texture, taste, appearance, and freshness.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Keep the bakery production area clean, organized, and safe.
