YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a skilled Baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies in a busy Metro Manila bakery on-site.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial baking experience, proficiency in bread making, pastry prep, cake decorating, and operation of commercial baking equipment, plus a valid food safety certification and HACCP knowledge. You will maintain product quality, freshness, and teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of commercial baking experience in a bakery or restaurant environment.
Proficiency in bread making techniques, pastry preparation, cake decorating, and operating commercial baking equipment.
Valid food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes.
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
Decorate or finish baked goods as required.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery, equipment, and workstations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient shortages.
Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness.
Assist with product development and seasonal menu items when needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
