Job summary

POWER 4 ALL INC. seeks a Geodetic Engineer – Surveyor (Consultant) to provide professional surveying and geodetic services supporting projects from planning to site development in Metro Manila.

The role requires licensure as Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines, hands-on experience in land/topographic surveys, and proficiency with Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Auto Level, and CAD software to deliver accurate data and drawings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines is required.
• Relevant experience in land/topographic/engineering/construction surveying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise land, topographic, boundary, construction, and engineering surveys as required by the project.
• Establish and verify horizontal/vertical control points, benchmarks, and reference points.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, profiles, and cross-sections for design purposes.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical teams to support project requirements.
• Conduct site reconnaissance to identify conditions and survey needs.
• Perform topographic and elevation surveys and validate survey data.

About the role

The Geodetic Engineer – Surveyor (Consultant) will provide professional surveying and geodetic engineering services to support POWER 4 ALL INC. projects, including project planning, design, construction, bidding, and site development activities. The consultant will ensure that survey works, measurements, and technical data are accurate, reliable, and compliant with project requirements and applicable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and/or supervise land, topographic, boundary, construction, and engineering surveys as required by the project.
• Perform site reconnaissance and assessment to identify existing site conditions and survey requirements.
• Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points, benchmarks, and reference points.
• Conduct topographic and elevation surveys and prepare accurate survey data for engineering and design purposes.
• Operate and ensure proper use of surveying equipment such as Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Auto Level, and other related instruments.
• Process, analyze, and validate survey data and measurements.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, profiles, cross-sections, and other required technical drawings and documents.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and other engineering teams to ensure survey data supports project requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations on site measurements, alignment, elevations, coordinates, and other geodetic concerns.
• Conduct construction surveys, including setting out, staking, alignment, elevation, and as-built verification, when required.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines.
• Relevant experience in land, topographic, engineering, or construction surveying.
• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GNSS/GPS, and Auto Level.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other surveying/CAD software.
• Able to process and interpret survey data and prepare technical survey documents.
• Familiarity with coordinate systems, benchmarks, elevations, and construction surveying principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork as required by the project.
