Job Description

• Carryout daily engineering setting out and record survey work including calculating and computing drawings
• Monitor work progress for adherence to programmed and report to the project manager or planning engineer
• Must be a good communicator. Able to give instruction in a efficient and effective way to his workforce.
• Prepare progress or technical reports
• Layout grid lines and vertical guide in building construction
• Check boundary layout of property lines in the project
• Ensure that vertical and horizontal controls in buildings are maintained through out the building construction duration
• Assess the quality of control data to determine the need for additional survey data for engineering, construction or other projects
• Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours or other of land surfaces.
• Pre license Geodetic Engineering
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Capability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and workloads
• Capability to communicate in concise, accurate timely and professional manner for verbal and written work
• Must have sufficient knowledge and hands on- know how in the operation of surveying instruments such as total station, survey equipment and theodolite
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
