Job summary

JLPY Manpower Agency is seeking an on-site Land/Surveying Technician in Muntinlupa. The role requires 3–5 years of field surveying experience and a Bachelor’s degree. You will measure, map, and transfer design data to the field using total stations, GPS, drones, and CAD software.

Responsibilities include data gathering, as-built surveys, quality checks, and collaboration with engineers, architects, PMs, and contractors. Health and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3–5 years of surveying experience preferred.
• On-site role in Muntinlupa Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Measure distances, elevations, boundaries, and topographical features.
• Gather accurate field data before, during, and after construction.
• Transfer design coordinates to the site from plans.
• Mark locations for foundations, roads, columns, utilities, and other structures.
• Operate surveying instruments (total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, drones).
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Check structures are built within tolerances.
• Perform as-built surveys to compare with drawings.
• Process survey data using CAD and surveying software.
• Produce maps, plans, coordinates, and progress reports.
• Maintain field notes, control points, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, PMs, and contractors.
• Clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct regular surveys during construction to ensure alignment and levels.
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow specs, local regulations, and surveying standards.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures on site.
