Job summary

DLL & SONS COMPANY ASIA LTD.,INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Site Surveyor for Batangas to perform precise land, topographic and structural surveys, verify layouts, and prepare survey reports for engineers and project managers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Geodetic/Civil Engineering, 2–3 years of field surveying, proficiency with Total Station, RTK GPS, and CAD tools (AutoCAD / Civil 3D), and willingness to be based on-site. Licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred.
• 2–3 years of land/site surveying experience.
• Proficient with Total Station, RTK GPS, and leveling instruments.
• Familiar with AutoCAD / Civil 3D for survey data processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, and structural surveys using standard equipment.
• Verify boundaries, site dimensions, elevations, and layouts against blueprints.
• Mark out layout points and establish reference points on-site.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, and digital mapping data.
• Collaborate with Project-in-Charge, site engineers, and client to address discrepancies.
• Ensure survey work complies with local regulations and safety standards.
