Our Clients in Cebu is seeking a Site Operations Lead who blends hands-on facilities and workplace management with a strategic Chief of Staff function — translating leadership priorities into action, keeping cross-functional initiatives on track, and ensuring the site runs safely, smoothly, and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• 5–10 years in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or related field.
• At least 5 years leading cross-functional initiatives and managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience in multinational/shared services/BPO environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations, repairs, and maintenance to keep the workplace safe and compliant.
• Manage local vendors and onsite contractors; oversee contracts, SLAs, performance, and renewals.
• Seat allocation, space planning, reception, and visitor management.
• Oversee office equipment, supplies, and inventory for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Act as trusted partner to Site Lead; translate priorities into plans with owners, milestones, outcomes.
• Coordinate leadership governance routines: agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, action tracking.
• Improve information flow across site leadership to ensure alignment.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects; track risks, dependencies, KPIs; escalate as needed.
• Support crisis response and site-wide business continuity planning; organize executive visits and events.
