Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will drive SLA adherence, productivity, and quality, while monitoring inventory accuracy and shrinkage.

You will coach and manage the store team and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams. The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination and communication in English and Tagalog, plus basic computer skills (Excel, WMS).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
