Job summary

ResultsCX in the Philippines seeks a Site IT Administrator to support end-users and infrastructure at the Cainta site. You will escalate outages with Corporate IT, maintain documentation, and collaborate on IT projects across the organization.

We value hands-on experience with Windows, imaging tools, and LAN/WAN basics, plus strong English communication. This role requires 2+ years in a dynamic IT support environment and a 2-year technical degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dynamic IT systems administration/helpdesk environment or end-user support for 100+ users.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and common software applications.
• Experience with PC/server hardware installation/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT desktop support to Call Center employees and Agents.
• Escalates high-level outages to Corporate Support and assists with resolution.
• Collaborates with Corporate IT staff on outages and IT projects affecting site.
• Maintains IT documentation of processes and applications.
• Enforces IT policies and assists with security audits.
• Handles local vendor coordination and on-site IT operations.
