Job summary

ResultsCX is recruiting a Site IT Administrator in Pasig, Philippines to support end-users and infrastructure at the call center. You will collaborate with Corporate IT on outages and IT projects and provide desktop support while maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in a fast-paced IT environment serving 100+ users. Strong Windows knowledge and basic networking skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a dynamic IT systems administration/helpdesk environment, or supporting 100+ end users.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and a wide variety of software applications.
• Experience with PC/server hardware installation/troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, and VoIP technologies.
• Imaging Windows PCs using various tools.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly in person, writing, and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT desktop support to Call Center employees and Agents.
• Seeks out potential IT problems and reports to Corporate IT.
• Escalates high-level outages to Corporate Support and assists with resolution.
• Performs tasks related to Corporate IT projects affecting the site.
• Attends meetings with Corporate IT and conference calls with remote IT personnel.
• Maintains IT documentation of processes and applications.
• Supports IT policy enforcement and security auditing.
• Handles local technology administration, including vendors and service providers.
• Performs functions defined in Call Center IT Roles and Responsibilities documentation.
