Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Site IT Administrator for the Lipa, PH location. You will provide desktop support for Call Center staff and agents, maintain PC/server hardware, and collaborate with Corporate IT on outages and IT projects.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in a dynamic IT environment supporting 100+ end users. Strong English communication and networking basics are essential.

Qualifications

2-year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in IT systems administration/helpdesk supporting 100+ end users.
Proficient with Windows operating systems and various software applications.
Experience installing/troubleshooting PC/server hardware components.
Basic LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, and VoIP knowledge.
Imaging Windows PCs using a variety of tools.

Responsibilities

Provides IT desktop support to Call Center employees and Agents.
Proactively identifies IT problems and reports to Corporate IT.
Escalates high level outages to corporate support and assists with resolution.
Performs tasks related to Corporate IT projects at the site.
Attends meetings with Corporate IT and conference calls with remote IT personnel.
Maintains IT documentation of processes and applications.
Supports IT policy enforcement and security auditing.
Handles local technology administration with vendors and contractors.
Performs functions as defined in Call Center IT Roles and Responsibilities.
