Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking a Site HR/Timekeeper to manage timekeeping, payroll and HR tasks on site in General Trias, Cavite. The role involves extracting time entries, reconciling records, and assisting with recruitment and payroll-related processes.

The position demands a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 1–2 years of HR/payroll experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work on site with accommodation in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years working experience in HR/payroll or related field.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned to General Trias, Cavite with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Extract time entries and convert to timesheet templates for weekly-paid workers.
• Submit timekeeping summaries for payroll processing.
• Review biometrics and timesheets to detect payroll discrepancies.
• Issue pay slips and statements of earnings before payroll release.
• Maintain payroll data and attendance records.
• Support recruitment, documents verification, and onboarding.
• Assist in HR admin tasks and compliance reporting.
