Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor daily land development and housing construction activities, ensuring alignment with approved plans, specs, target schedules, and quality standards.

You will coordinate with contractors to meet set targets, generate progress reports, and address issues such as punch lists and rectifications while ensuring site safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in MS Excel (MS Office Applications).
• Proficient in design and engineering tools and programs (AutoCAD).
• Good management skills and keen to details.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to the South (Calabarzon).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned task is performed efficiently in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, target schedules and acceptable quality.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss project concerns and generate reports on progress of work.
• Address and monitor all related project concerns such as punch list and rectifications on units, project utilities performance, and show village maintenance.
• Assist the Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site.
