Job summary

Fabtech Export Industries, Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer (PE 2) to provide direct on-site supervision of daily activities, manage manpower and tools, and coordinate material logistics.

The role requires reviewing drawings, updating AutoCAD shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety standards on site before inspections. Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering license, COSH certification, and 2–4 years in field engineering or site construction, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering course.
• COSH-certified.
• 2 to 4 years of field engineering and/or site construction experience.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong drawing interpretation skills, practical problem-solving ability, and familiarity with site safety standards.
• Willing to relocate to Bulacan.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules (day/night shifts).

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day on-site activities to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings and achieve target daily output.
• Enforces daily site HSE policies, conducts morning safety toolbox talks, and maintains active site housekeeping.
• Records daily manpower headcount, tool utilization, and completed installation quantities.
• Handles material intake, physical count verification, and quality condition logging for incoming deliveries at site staging area.
• Supervises material handling, transport routes, staging layouts, and crane rigging execution on-site per safety guidelines.
• Conducts initial dimensional, torque, and alignment on completed work before notifying QA/QC and Lead Site Engineer for inspection.
• Reviews construction drawings and methodologies to discuss details with installation team.
• Updates AutoCAD shop drawings to resolve minor site details and creates reports based on actual site condition that can affect site work progress or completion.

About the role

A Site Engineer (PE 2) provides direct ground-level supervision on daily site activities, manpower and tools utilization, on-site material logistics, and conducts pre and post installation checking before requesting formal inspection to Client/Contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day on-site activities to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings and achieve target daily output
• Enforces daily site HSE policies, conducts morning safety toolbox talks (site activity, risk and hazards), and maintains active site housekeeping
• Records daily manpower headcount, tool utilization, and completed installation quantities
• Handles material intake, physical count verification, and quality condition logging for incoming deliveries at site staging area
• Supervises material handling, transport routes, staging layouts, and crane rigging execution on-site per safety guidelines

About you
