SITE ENGINEER: Project-based (Urgent Hiring)

Location: White Plains, Katipunan, Quezon City

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team on a project-based basis.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates and newly licensed Civil Engineers who are willing to learn, undergo training, gain hands-on experience, and work in an actual construction site environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• No prior work experience required, but construction or site experience is an advantage
• Willing to undergo training and hands-on learning
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to different project sites and office locations
• Flexible and adaptable to different work environments and project requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the supervision and monitoring of daily construction activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor actual site conditions
• Assist in ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and instructions
• Monitor work progress and report site developments to the Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Assist in taking measurements and monitoring quantities of completed works
• Assist in quantity take-offs and basic construction cost computations
• Assist in preparing and checking Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, and costing-related documents
• Assist in monitoring material, labor, and equipment costs
• Prepare and update monitoring sheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Assist in checking materials, manpower, equipment, and work activities at the project site
• Assist in documenting site activities and project accomplishments
• Coordinate with workers and other project personnel regarding assigned tasks
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and other project-related reports
• Perform other engineering, site, quantity, and costing-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
