KMZD GROUP is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and assist in applying design drawings per project standards.

You will coordinate with project teams, support documentation, and monitor site progress to deliver timely, cost-effective outcomes. English communication and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Solid foundation in civil engineering principles, design, and construction.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software for documentation (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
• Experience coordinating civil engineering projects and managing budgets/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work quality to monitor site progress.
• Review and apply design drawings, participate in coordination meetings, and manage approvals.
• Lead Work Accomplishment Certificate applications and assist in reviewing payment files.
• Attend site checks and geological investigations; prepare monthly reports.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

About the role

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and assisting in the review and implementation of design drawings in accordance with project standards. The role involves coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, supporting documentation and reporting processes, and monitoring site progress to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. This position requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to site-based work environments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction work quality in accordance with standard workmanship to monitor site progress

• Review and apply professional design drawings, participate in coordination meetings, establish account records, and manage approval progress

• Take charge of Work Accomplishment Certificate application for collection and assist in reviewing payment files

• Attend site check surveys and geological investigation work

• Prepare monthly reports

• Complete other work tasks assigned by the company

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering

• Must live around Pangasinan-Zambales

• Solid foundation in civil engineering principles, design, and construction

• Proficient in utilizing industry-standard software for documentation (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and other relevant software)

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints

• Experience in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities

• Highly organized, innovative, and reliable

• Good command of the English language

• Positive attitude and motivation for continuous learning
