Job summary

Fabtech Export Industries, Inc. seeks a Lead Site Engineer (PE 3) to lead multiple site teams, manage logistics from fabrication plant to site, and coordinate inspections with clients and consultants to secure sign-offs.

The role requires a licensed engineer, 4+ years of site execution experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and willingness to relocate to Bulacan while working overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering course.
• At least 4 years of site execution and construction management experience.
• Demonstrated capability in heavy equipment coordination, crane lifting operations, and personnel supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and baseline scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree is required; PRC License is required.
• Willing to relocate to Bulacan and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Updates 2-week look-ahead on schedule of each site activity, tracks daily and weekly output from multiple site teams, and submits consolidated progress reports to the Construction Manager (CM).
• Direct the site engineers and installation teams to maintain high installation output across work zones.
• Enforces strict site safety policies, heavy lifting protocols, and environmental standards across all active working areas and staging areas.
• Coordinate transport schedule and delivery window from the fabrication plant to site, ensuring materials arrive on correct staging areas.
• Plans and coordinates mobile crane deployment, heavy rigging, hauling routes, and material dispatch from staging area to active installation sites.
• Validates drawing updates and site reports submitted by the Site Engineer; identify site-wide interface conflicts and coordinate solutions to Construction Manager.
• Oversees the end-to-end field quality process on all site activities, reviewing site engineer pre-inspection reports, coordinating with QA/QC Engineer for internal inspection, and leading joint inspections with Contractor and Consultant representatives to secure official Work Acceptance and ITP sign-offs.

About the role
