About the role
This role involves supervising daily site activities for repair and maintenance works, renovations, fit-out projects, and new construction. You will conduct site inspections, assess existing conditions, and ensure all works comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes.
Key responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections and assess existing conditions prior to project implementation
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, productivity, workmanship, and material usage
- Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and construction-related concerns
- Prepare work schedules, daily accomplishment reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation
- Verify quantities, monitor material deliveries, and ensure proper utilization of resources
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Supervise and lead general foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- At least 3–5 years of experience in building repair and maintenance, commercial renovations, fit-out works, and/or new construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, repair techniques, finishing works, and generally accepted construction practices
- Proven experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook) for reporting and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of supervising multiple work crews and coordinating several ongoing projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel to various project sites as required
