Job summary

Responsibilities

Marketing - Senior Executive - Asst Manager

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the residential project site, Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards, Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Verify measurements, billing, and material consumption at site, Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor RCC, finishing, waterproofing, MEP, and other civil activities, Track project timelines and support timely project completion.
• Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for material planning, Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and civil works.
• Ability to read drawings and BOQ, Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting, Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities. , Good communication and team management skills
