Job summary

Polarr Azanje Construction Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities in Subic and the surrounding area.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and quality-control skills, with a preference for licensed professionals and prior site experience. The successful candidate will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure work complies with plans, specifications and timelines while maintaining safety and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Licensed civil engineer is preferred.
• Experience in vertical or horizontal construction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling and quality control.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; other software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
• Ensure work aligns with approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment on site.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company standards.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and project documentation.

Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer

• Experience in vertical or horizontal construction is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (knowledge in other engineering software is a plus)
