- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Technical & Engineering Support
- Interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical documents.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and workers.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.
3. Quality Control
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction methods for compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure rectification of non-conformities.
- Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports.
4. Safety Management
- Enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Report and prevent potential hazards or unsafe practices.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Communicate design changes or clarifications to the site team.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Maintain logs for site activities, materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Assist in preparing measurements, bills, and project documentation.
7. Resource Management
- Monitor use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and equipment as per schedule.
- Support procurement activities by providing accurate site requirements.
