Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Site Development Supervisor in Cebu City to lead end-to-end site acquisition and expansion efforts. The role emphasizes market analysis, negotiations with lessors, and cross-functional collaboration to align sites with business strategy.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple site projects, perform feasibility studies, and build partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share in strategic locations.
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or other related business courses
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in site development, real estate, business development, or related fields
Strong understanding of trade area analysis, market research, and lease negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain relationships with brokers, lessors, and internal stakeholders
Able to manage multiple site projects simultaneously
The Site Development Supervisor plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential locations that support the company’s expansion strategy. This role combines site acquisition expertise with strong business development capabilities, ensuring that new locations contribute to sustainable revenue and market share growth.
Lead the end-to-end site acquisition process, ensuring all commercial, legal, and operational requirements are met prior to securing new locations.
Drive business expansion efforts by proactively identifying high-potential markets, trade areas, and growth opportunities aligned with company strategy.
Act as a key contributor to revenue growth by selecting sites that meet profitability, customer traffic, and brand positioning targets.
Conduct market and feasibility studies, including competitor analysis, demographic profiling, and financial projections to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop and execute strategic negotiations with lessors, property owners, and partners to secure commercially advantageous terms.
Build, manage, and expand a network of strategic partnerships (e.g., lessors, developers, brokers, and government agencies) to unlock new business opportunities.
Ensure timely processing and completion of all acquisition requirements, including permits, legal documentation, and internal approvals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and marketing to ensure alignment of site decisions with overall business objectives.
Monitor and report on pipeline progress, site performance projections, and expansion metrics to support leadership decisions.
Continuously identify innovative site strategies and channels (e.g., non-traditional locations, co-locations, partnerships) to accelerate growth.
