The successful candidate will hold a BS Mechanical Engineer, with 10+ years in site management and hands-on experience in plant and piping installation.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineer degree and relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of construction site management experience.
• Practical experience in plant and piping installation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for safe, quality work.
• Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining quality.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits against specs.
• Prepare site documentation including progress reports and logs.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage material procurement and timely delivery.
• Mentor site staff and promote safety and continuous improvement.
