Job summary

int transportation is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities in the Philippines. The role ensures alignment with project schedules, coordinates sub-contractors and suppliers, and enforces DOLE and HSE safety standards.

The candidate will prepare daily/weekly progress reports, inspect materials and workmanship, and guarantee compliance with engineering drawings and project specs. Local residency is preferred for a timely start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills required.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and HSE guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision in construction or related settings.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical fields.
• Strong leadership, blueprint interpretation, basic scheduling knowledge, and familiarity with safety protocols.
• With strong work ethics.
• This is a project-based employment.
• Willing to work for six (6) days per week.
• Work Location: Brgy. Batino, Calamba, Laguna
• Open to local residents or applicants residing in nearby provinces.
