Job summary

SinoTech Asia Construction Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Site Civil/Architect to oversee construction projects.

As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will help ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results. You will develop and manage plans, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure codes and safety compliance, and provide regular updates to the project manager and client.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years as Site Civil/Architect in construction.
• Experience with general contracting is a plus.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Willing to work at Las Piñas, Pampanga or Santa Rosa projects.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Civil/Architect to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a full-time Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualification

• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating and overseeing the work of subcontractors and tradespeople
• Monitoring progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Providing regular progress updates to the project manager and client
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process efficiencies
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project team

Requirements

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Civil/Architect in the construction industry. Experience in Gen. Con is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
