Job summary

Decibel is seeking a Registered Civil Engineer to lead civil and structural engineering projects in the Batangas area. The role involves planning, design, and on-site oversight, with a focus on meeting client requirements within budget.

You will collaborate with architects, designers, and construction experts, conduct site visits, prepare technical reports, and manage materials procurement. A PRC licence and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Civil Engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil/Site Engineering.
• PRC Licence is required for this position.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.

What we're looking for

• Registered Civil Engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil/Site Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in all three software platforms- AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools is required

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Preferably residing in Lipa City or nearby cities
