Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a field-oriented professional to identify potential telecom sites, coordinate with barangays and LGUs, and manage permits for site acquisitions across the Bicol Region.

The role requires travel within the assigned area and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in site acquisition or telecommunications, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in securing permits from Barangays and LGUs is an advantage.
• Experience in site acquisition or telecommunications is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunications projects.
• Coordinate with property owners, Barangay officials, and LGUs regarding site acquisition and permitting requirements.
• Process and monitor permits, clearances, and other required documents.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and field surveys as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of site acquisition activities.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, property owners, and government offices.
• Perform other tasks related to site acquisition as assigned by management.
