Job summary

Fiber home is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to engage with property owners, LGUs, and stakeholders to secure site agreements and necessary permits for expansion.

You will coordinate with engineering teams to ensure sites meet technical specifications, maintain comprehensive site records, and liaise with legal/compliance to adhere to regulatory requirements. Regular updates on pipeline development will be provided to management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with property owners, local government units, and relevant stakeholders to negotiate site agreements and secure necessary permits and approvals
• Prepare comprehensive site acquisition reports and documentation, including site surveys, maps, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure selected sites meet technical specifications and project requirements
• Monitor site availability and market trends to identify emerging opportunities for infrastructure expansion
• Maintain detailed records of site data, agreements, and acquisition timelines
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure all acquisition processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to management on site acquisition activities and pipeline development
