Job summary

Fiber home is seeking a Site Acquisition Officer to join our team in Tarlac, Central Luzon. You will coordinate with property owners and government units to secure site agreements and permits, prepare contracts, and ensure site specs meet technical requirements.

You will monitor timelines and budgets, maintain accurate records, and resolve regulatory or community obstacles while supporting network expansion plans. English and Filipino communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fibre optic technology and telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ROW, permits, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to manage multiple acquisition projects independently.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
