The Site Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new store locations that align with Puregold’s expansion strategy. This role conducts market and site feasibility studies, assesses demographic and competitive landscapes, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to define site requirements. The manager leads lease negotiations, coordinates with property owners, brokers, and legal teams, and ensures that lease terms are commercially viable and compliant with company policies. In partnership with engineering, construction, and operations teams, the Site Acquisition Manager oversees the transition from site approval to development, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met. The role also maintains accurate lease and site documentation, tracks key dates and obligations, and prepares regular reports and presentations on pipeline projects and store network performance.
