Qualifications

• Experience in site acquisition and development for retail or commercial real estate.
• Strong lease negotiation and lease administration experience.
• Proficiency in market research, location analysis and financial evaluation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination with landlords, brokers, legal, and operations.
• Willingness to work on-site in Manila and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure new store locations aligning with expansion strategy.
• Lead lease negotiations and coordinate with property owners, brokers and legal teams.
• Oversee development from site approval to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Maintain lease and site documentation and track key dates.
• Prepare reports and presentations on pipeline projects and store network performance.
