Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor facilities managers, setting performance standards
• Respond to urgent facility issues

• Monitor building systems performance and space utilization
• Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, and external vendors to manage budgets and optimize contracts
• Ensure timely delivery of services and projects
