Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Site Acquisition Assistant Manager to identify and develop strategic relationships and to secure site acquisitions for the South Luzon area. The role combines market research, deal negotiations, and close collaboration with executives to hit sales quotas.

You will develop pitches, mentor the business development team, track budgets, and analyze financial data to maximize revenue while reducing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in business development, sales, site acquisition or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client & contractor relationships
• Experience in market analysis and research
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pitches for potential sites.
• Helped develop and implement growth strategies and opportunities.
• Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
• Consistently secure and recommend new market opportunities and profitable sites.
• Prepare the business development budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure were on track to hit targets.
• Analyze current and past financial data, such as financial reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
