• 5+ years of experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to do field work and report to Head Office (Marikina City) when needed.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the site acquisition process.


• Site Identification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites for acquisition, assessing their viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.


• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for site acquisition.


• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, engineering, and finance, to facilitate the smooth execution of site acquisition projects.


• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.


• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.


• Compliance: Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
