Job summary

Zeroframe Corporation seeks a Site Architect / Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day supervision of glass, aluminum, doors, windows, and related architectural system installations at project sites. You will act as the main site representative, coordinating manpower and materials, reporting issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The role requires a graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management with at least 2 years of site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Ability to read architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of site measurement and construction methods.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in glass and aluminum works is highly preferred; Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation activities for glass, aluminum works, and related systems.

• Monitor delivery and receipt of glass, aluminum profiles, hardware, and accessories.
• Ensure installations meet Zeroframe quality standards and finish.
• Submit daily accomplishment reports with site photos and monitor progress against schedule.

About the role

Zeroframe Corporation is looking for a Site Architect / Site Supervisor who will take charge of the day-to-day supervision and coordination of glass, aluminum, doors, windows, shower enclosures, curtain walls, and other architectural system installations at project sites. The successful candidate will serve as the main site representative of Zeroframe, ensuring that installations are properly executed, project requirements are followed, manpower and materials are coordinated, and issues are immediately reported and resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation activities for glass doors and windows, frameless glass systems, shower enclosures, curtain walls, sliding door systems, and other architectural glass and aluminum works
• Ensure installers and subcontractors follow approved drawings, specifications, and installation procedures
• Monitor daily manpower deployment and productivity
• Conduct and verify actual site measurements before fabrication and installation
• Check opening dimensions, floor levels, wall conditions, plumbness, alignment, and other critical site conditions
• Read and interpret architectural, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings
• Ensure site installation follows approved drawings and details
• Monitor delivery and receipt of glass, aluminum profiles, hardware, accessories, and other installation materials
• Ensure that all installations meet Zeroframe's quality standards including proper alignment, levelings, glass installation, silicone and sealant application, hardware installation, door and window operation, clearances and tolerances, aluminum profile installation, waterproofing/sealing, and clean and damage-free finished surfaces
• Submit daily accomplishment reports with site photos and monitor installation productivity against project schedule

About you

• Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related course
• At least 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision
• Ability to read architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of site measurement and construction methods
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in basic construction documentation and reporting
• Willing to travel to different project sites
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Experience in glass and aluminum works is highly preferred; Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer is an advantage
