Job summary

Asea Airports Development Corporation in Manila is seeking a multi-facet Architect to oversee on-site construction, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.

You will review drawings, coordinate with engineers and contractors, conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion while complying with codes and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• At least 3 years of site experience in construction.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-end projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving and site management skills.
• Willing to work on project sites and travel as required.
